It is a wise decision to take up yoga during pregnancy. However, bear these tips in mind as you go along in your journey. Do only what feels alright and comfortable. Do not be too pushy and stringent with yourself right at the start. Do not take up multiple poses all at the same time. Begin with fewer and go easy. In pregnancy, body temperature is higher than normal so that you may feel hotter than otherwise. Do not practice in a heated ambience. Your practice spot should feel fresh and ventilated.
