Pls tell me some good Indian Yoga posture..m wanting to feel better n energized all d time. My work hours r too long..i often end up feeling tired early in d day only..cn prevent this problem?

Downward Facing Dog Pose or the Adho Mukho Svanasana is known for boosting one’s energy level. It gives your chest, hamstrings and spine a good long stretch and carries a fresh rush of blood to the brain. You will immediately feel revitalized after doing this posture. Stand on your heels and bending from the waist, stretch the arms forwards so that the palms lie flat on the mat. Lower your head towards the floor and push the hands farther as much as possible. Finally, raise your hips slowly and plant the heels fixedly on the floor.
