Mountain climbers exercise helps shed abdominal fat. You do not need any equipment for it and it can be practiced at home. Take a mat and plant your body on it in such a way that your face looks downwards, the elbows are straight and your body weight rests on the arms. Both the legs should be erect, only the toes should touch the floor and the ankles should hang in the air. Now bend one knee and take this leg slightly forwards. This way, shift your legs forwards and backwards, turn by turn, interchanging their positions. You can start with a low number like 50-100 and gradually do more as you gain mastery over the exercise.
