Every time during the change of season I have trouble with health. I spoke to my doctor and he saysit is due to seasonal allergies. Ive never heard of this problem. how do I find relief?

The first thing you need to do is figure out your allergy triggers. These vary by region, but the most common culprits are plant-based, namely mold and ragweed and other weed pollens. Also, avoid the allergens by adopting countermeasures like: • Wearing protective masks when doing outside work like gardening. • Modifying your indoor space to prevent the entry of allergens, such as changing AC air filters often. • Checking pollen count before you head outside your home. • Protecting the eyes and washing your hair at the end of the day. • Exercising early morning or late in the day when the pollen count is comparatively lower.
