Fatty meats like conventional beef, pork, etc. increase inflammation in the body. So does white sugar. You need to totally abstain from these foods in case you’ve psoriasis. If you’re a non-vegetarian, you can opt for fatty fish instead that contain loads of omega-3 fatty acids. Salmon, herring, mackerel, albacore tuna, sardines, etc. should be your picks as these are packed with vitamin D and omega-3, both useful in relieving psoriasis. Vegetarians can go for flax seeds for omega-3 fatty acids and raw milk or other raw dairy products for vitamin D.
