From a scientific point of view, smoking and drinking negatively impact sperm quality in the male body. Similarly, drugs like marijuana and cocaine have also been linked to decreased sperm production. You should inspire your partner to quit or limit smoking and drinking. Absolute avoidance of drugs will also be beneficial for his sperm health and fertiltiy. Make sure he gets sufficient sleep and maintains a healthy body weight to reduce the chances of infertility. Do not opt for a vasectomy if you wish to retain your fertility. Manage your stress levels better. Lastly, avoid exposure to toxins, heavy metals and pesticides.
