You can try Pawanamuktasana, Sarvangasana, Halasana, Marjari Asana, Shashankasana or Tadasana to resolve your problem of premature ejaculation. Pranayamas, such as, Nadi Shodhana, Bhastrika or Ujjayi breathing can also be practiced for relief. If you're comfortable with Yogic mudras, Ashwini Mudra, Vajroli Mudra or Vipareetakarani Mudra can be taken up to address the issue.
