There are multiple yoga that benefit expecting mothers. As you’re in your third trimester, you can go for the tree pose. It’s a balancing technique that improves posture and bolsters your core and legs. It is also effective in back pain. Fix your feet firmly in the ground and shift your weight forwards and backwards till balance is attained. Now put all your weight on one foot. Lift one of the foot to your ankle to gain balance. Keep bringing this foot higher so that it touches the inner thigh. The hand should be in the prayer position. Stay for 5-7 breaths like this. If you like, you may lift the arms over your head. Repeat with the second leg.
