As you’re a breastfeeding mother, you should focus on nutritious foods even when on a diet crunch. These tips can guide your diet plan. Low-fat dairy, whole grains (whole wheat, oats, etc.) and high-fiber foods (fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc.) must be incorporated in your daily diet. Cut back on fish and chicken. Grill, sauté or boil vegetables instead of deep frying them. Avoid fat that contains double the amount of calories found in carbs or proteins.
