Malini here. Age 31. Me and my husband try to start family. But a week ago doctor said i have ovarian cyst. Will this effect my pregnancy chance? I really wish to be mother to baby and be good wife.

Most of the time, ovarian cysts do not affect the fertility levels of women. But two types of cysts may complicate the pregnancy process. They are: • PCOS: This condition results in the development of numerous small cysts in the ovaries and interferes with ovulation. It also results in irregular menstrual periods and hormonal imbalance. It is the most common cause of infertility. • Endometriosis: These kinds of cysts tend to block the Fallopian tubes or harm the ovaries, leading to infertility.
