Kids can stay active and sharp with these superfoods: • Eggs: These are loaded with proteins and essential nutrients that help kids to enhance their concentration and focus. • Yogurt: It is good for the brain cells and allows better transmission of information through the nervous system. • Leafy Greens: Vegetables like spinach, broccoli and kale are rich in vitamins and folic acid that prevent vitamin deficiencies and aid in children's brain development. Similarly, the antioxidants present in kale help in new brain cell formation. • Seeds and Nuts: Almonds and walnuts are loaded with essential vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and protein that are good for the nervous system, growth, development and overall well-being of your child. • Fruits: Plums and apples are some of the best choices for children due to their quercetin content that helps to fight the depletion of mental skills. Banana rich in potassium would also be a good choice.
