Ashwini Mudra has been seen to show results in curbing nightfall. Foremost, you should sit erect. Now, relax your body down and breathe calmly. This will let blood flow properly inside your body. Next, contract the muscles of the anal sphincter (muscles around the anus that hold/release feces) and stay till a count of 10 or 15. Slowly release the sphincter and return to your prior relaxed state. Breathe normally for a while and repeat the process a couple of times. You can take up this activity twice or thrice a day. Other than nightfall, it’s beneficial for the pelvic muscles and blood circulation.
