First, nightfall isn’t a problem. You’re young and bound to face nocturnal emissions. Nightfall can begin anytime after puberty and continue long into adulthood. You need not worry unless your emissions are excessive. Nevertheless, if you want to try medicines to curb nightfall, I would suggest you avoid products available in the market. Go for natural remedies instead, like garlic, curd, amla, triphala, etc. Amla powder with water can be had 2-3 times a day, especially right before you sleep. Allicin in garlic controls nightfall by carrying blood to the penis. Cut and leave aside 2-3 garlic cloves for about 10-15 minutes, letting allicin interact with oxygen. Chew the oxidized garlic before sleeping with water. If your nightfall is due to sleeplessness, go for 3-4 cups of yogurt or curd a day to sleep soundly at night.
