Dear doctor, can you please suggest a mild face wash for a 30 year old woman who has acne prone skin? I often travel and that's when I get most pimples, maybe due to weather or water change? Please suggest.

When choosing your face wash, keep in mind that the product should exfoliate your skin gently but not dry it out. Look for any of these key ingredients before buying your face wash - salicylic acid, glycolic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Use a non-comedogenic lotion after cleaning your face. Consult a dermatologist and he/she will guide you on the best treatment for your condition.
