doctor hv got gestational diabetes….shud I totally remove fat oil frm my foods? Or can eat i sum good oils in food? Pls tel or give options as acc. to the Indian diet plan?

You need not abstain from oils and fats totally in your daily diet. Just choose the healthier options over the unhealthier ones. Olive oil, coconut oil, cow ghee, canola oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, peanut butter and grass-fed butter can be had over the regular oils. These will aid in normalizing blood sugar level and melting fat.
