turmeric is known as effective in losing weight..how does that happen….should I consume more of turmeric in foods daily? or make turmeric tea to lose weight..

Curcumin in turmeric helps melt fat and shed calories. It is a great digestive aid. Turmeric’s anti-inflammatory qualities bring down fat cell proliferation. It also prevents insulin resistance and maintains healthy blood sugar levels. You can drink turmeric tea every day to put off few kilos. Pour water in a pan and add half a tbsp. turmeric to it. Bring the mixture to a boil and turn off the flame. Enjoy the tea once it cools down. Adding fresh mint leaves to the tea is a good idea. Mint is high in fiber and relieves indigestion. It directly converts fat into energy.
