Teens are susceptible to nervousness, stress, and tension. Some form of physical activity may help. Relaxation techniques like yoga, deep breathing may help – all of which have a physical effect on the mind. Make sure you get sufficient nourishment, exercise, and sleep. Eat vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains to give your body ample energy. Patients should spend time with family and friends. Just hang out or go for organized activities. Invite friends along and enjoy connecting with them as well. Proper help from a counselor/therapist would help.
