Time has a vital role to play in any diet plan. Never skip meals especially not the breakfast. It gives you a good start to the day and boosts energy and metabolism. You also tend to snack and overeat less the rest of the day. Lunch should also be large and filling to avoid binging at dinner. Calories should be spaced out evenly in a day though you shouldn’t be loading up on too many calories in one meal either. Snacking at times is alright provided the portion is small and the edibles healthy. Lastly, dinner should be scanty and light.
im on a diet….bin 3-4 weeks but not much result….can time hv a role to play in this? I eat v less but no fixed eating schedule for my diet plan is there……
