Looking for a COVID-19 test?

CareClues partner hospitals and clinics have been approved by ICMR to conduct COVID-19 RT-PCR test.

my mother hs diabetes…..but sadly shes v fond of fruits and sweets….I know she cnnt eat all fruits..i read smwhere tht high sweet fruits cannot be had by diabetics….i want a complete list of which all fruits she should avoid? Thank you………… she is 43.

Bananas, cherries, pineapple, grapes and melons should be avoided in diabetes. Your mother should also take care not to have fruit smoothies and fruit juices that contain heavy amounts of sugar and carbs. However, as your mother likes fruits, she can have the low-sugar ones like berries and green apples. Dried fruits contain high quantities of concentrated sugar and must be avoided.
