There is no specific food that causes or prevents breast cancer. But dietary guidelines help reduce the overall risk. Drink green tea for its cancer prevention properties along with sufficient pomegranate juice. Include lots of fruits in your regular diet, especially berries and plums. Consume cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, and broccoli. Dark, leafy green vegetables are also high in fiber and antioxidants. Make sure you have enough carotenoids in your diet and apigenin.
