The practice of Yoga is best undertaken in the morning or in the early evening. However, comparatively, the morning session will be more active and vigorous than an evening one. Always follow the thumb rule of doing Yoga with your stomach either empty or filled lightly. This is to let your body slip easily into different postures and to allow the digestive system of the body to function normally. Finish your session with Savasana or the Corpse Pose, regardless of when you take it up. Also, it’s important to stay hydrated as Yoga can make you sweat a bit.
