Im hvng hard tim wd nightfall…..not a teenager, yet face d pro quite again n again. Tried simple things lk exercising n diet changes…..dint show much effect tho fr a few dayz it stoppd….but nw, it hs begun 1c again….cn u tl sm best treatment 4 nightfall plz?

If dietary changes and exercises did not bear fruits, you can try herbal remedies to battle nightfall. Start by drinking a glass of fresh bottle gourd juice right before you enter bed. Bottle gourd leaves are equally powerful in alleviating nocturnal emissions. You can also have fresh carrot juice along with one Indian gooseberry. Another effective option is the concoction of 2 tbsp. each of honey, ginger juice and cow ghee with 3 tbsp. onion juice. Any of these edibles must be consumed on a daily basis.
