To start, take a seat and feel calm. Then, close your eyes and let thoughts spontaneously zip through your mind. You should notice these thoughts without paying much heed. That is, do not dig deep or analyze them. Continue the practice for a good 10-15 minutes, attempting to cope with the rush of thoughts in your mind. Do not worry. In the beginning, you may have to struggle a bit. However, you will master the tactics in time.
