Your friends are right. Nightfall is an absolutely normal occurrence and not a malady by any means. It comes with adolescence and is commonly encountered during teenage and young adulthood. At the basic level, nightfall has no harmful consequences, except individuals may feel guilty, embarrassed or upset about it. Some may even have mood swings. Other than this, it is only in acute cases, like excessive or recurrent nightfall, that wet dreams may be accompanied by loss of energy, feelings of frailty or physical weakness. Some men also complain of hair fall and backache. In worse cases, sufferers may face difficulty with erections, experience testicular pain, pelvic pain, reduced libido or premature ejaculation. Excessive nightfall can also disturb your hormonal balance.
