iv read abt apple cider vinegar as a good drink for weight loss. How can i take it? Add it into my foods or how? Any other recipe if there any?

Apple cider vinegar is best consumed diluted in water. Another way to take it is to mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 cup of lukewarm water. When the ingredients have dissolved well in water, drink this preparation. It works as a great detoxifier and helps you shed excess weight.
