I have been suffering from low self-esteem and stress for quite some time now. I suspect I might be suffering from anxiety disorder. But due to my lack of knowledge about the condition, I am unable to know for sure. Please tell me the symptoms.

The primary way to identify anxiety disorder is by thoughts and fears that are constant and distressing. They usually interfere with the patient’s regular way of life. There are other symptoms involved, including anxiety attacks or panic or a fear of such attacks, avoidance behavior, and physical anxiety reactions. You might experience faintness, trembling, breathing problems, rapid heartbeat, or nausea. In some cases, the person might go to extreme lengths to prevent a specific situation that they think could induce panic or anxiety.
