I wish to know about the symptoms of an anxiety attack so I am better equipped to deal with this issue. Actually, anxiety runs in my family and I do not wish to be caught unawares. So I decided to know more about the problem because it will help prepare for the future.

There are numerous symptoms of anxiety, including muscle tension and headaches. Some of the more prominent ones include restlessness, sadness, apprehension and worry, changes in heart rate, irritability, sweating, tension in the neck or head, sleep problems, feeling faint, difficulty breathing and tightness in the throat, dry mouth, diarrhea or nausea, difficulty concentrating, feeling pressure, and shaking. However, please note that all the symptoms may be present in varied forms. Anxiety may be severe, mild, or moderate, depending on the trigger as well as how the individual reacts to it.
