Natural menopause is the spontaneous permanent ending of menstruation that is devoid of any medical treatment. It is a completely natural and normal event. It is defined as the ultimate menstrual period and gets confirmed when a woman hasn’t experienced her period for more than 12 months. Women normally tend to experience natural menopause between the ages of 40 and 58. There are many women who reach menopause late in their 60s, so there’s nothing to worry about. Usually, women attain menopause at roughly the same age as their sisters and mothers.
